Viles Arboretum is a self-service venue.

After making your booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information about accessing your reserved space. 

You have access to you reserved space during the hours of your reservation. Arriving early or staying late are not permitted without approvral from Arboretum staff.

When you arrive at the Arboretum, you will let yourself into your reserved space using the access code provided in the email.

Reserving a space at Viles Arboretum is easy! We use an online platform that lets you check availability, pricing, and make a reservation.

Facility Details

Education Center

This beautiful timber framed barn that overlooks the gardens of the Arboretum offers a relaxing setting and will have your guests and attendees connecting with nature. 

Maximum capacity: 50 people

Rental rate start at $70/hour and is determined by the day of week, number of hours reserved and membership level.

This rental space is available seasonally, May thru October. The space is not climate controlled, there is no heat or air conditioning.

Amenities include:

• 6 Round tables and chairs

• 3 rectangle folding tables

• Private, accessible, bathroom

• Wireless, high-speed internet

• Presentation TV & conferencing technology

• Option to set up an event tent

Viles Room

The Viles Room is a diverse space, ideal for hosting parties and celebrations, meetings, or corporate gathering. Easily access the gardens of the Arboretum.

Maximum Capacity: 80 people

Rental rate starts at $60/hour and is determined by the day of week, number of hours reserved and membership level.

This rental space is available year round, every day of the week.

Amenities include:

• 8 Rectangle tables and chairs

• Private, accessible, bathrooms

• Wireless, high-speed internet

• Presentation TV & conferencing technology

• Full commercial kitchen

Austin Wilkins Room

This brightly lit conference and meeting space features live plants and trees as well as a large collection of unique wood pieces. A great venue for your next business meeting or gathering.

Maximum Capacity: 30 people

Rental rate starts at $35/hour and is determined by the day of week, number of hours reserved and membership level.

This meeting room is available year round, every day of the week.

Amenities include:

• Conference table and chairs

• Additional folding table

• Public, accessible bathroom

• Wireless, high-speed internet

• Presentation TV & conferencing technology

• Whiteboard

Commercial Grounds Use

Professionals and organizations who wish to use the Arboretum grounds for commercial purposes must make a booking on our rental calendar for the date and time you will be utilizing our space.

Commercial use is defined as activities you are being compensated for, which include, but are not limited to:

• Photography or videography
• Guided Tours or educational walks
• Workshops or classes

Your booking does not reserve a specific space or provide exclusive access to any area - the Arboretum remains open to the public during your activity.

Not for Vendors or Sales - this booking option is not intended for pop-up shops, vendor booths, or other retail sales. If you are interested in vending at an Arboretum event, please contact us for vendor opportunities.

Permission to use the Arboretum grounds may be revoked at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of Arboretum staff.

Guidelines for Commercial Grounds Use:

• Activities must not block trails or gardens, or interfere with other visitors' enjoyment.
• Keep noise to a minimum. Avoid amplified sound or loud activities that may disrupt wildlife or other visitors.
• Do not damage or move Arboretum property, including trees, plants, buildings, signs, benches. bridges, or other structures.
• Natural habitats must not be disturbed. Moving rocks or log, raking leaves or forest floors, or engaging in similar activities is not allowed.
• Respect wildlife. Do not feed, chase, or attempt to handle animals, and maintain a safe distance at all times.
• Balloons, confetti, bird seed, flower petals, or similar materials are not permitted.
• Limited equipment is allowed: tripods, easels, or hand-held props. Large-scale setups, staging, or equipment that occupies significant space require prior approval from Arboretum staff.
• Any photography or videography must respect the privacy of other visitors.
• Please keep group size reasonable for the are you'll be using.
