We are excited to announce our new Seasonal Photography Contest! This contest is designed to get our community out to enjoy the Arboretum in all of its seasonal glory. Every three months we will offer a new opportunity to enter and win.
There are four different categories to enter; Wildlife, Botanical, Landscape and People in Nature. A separate contest and prize is available for young photographers under the age of 12. Only photos taken at the Arboretum are eligible.
A winner for each seasonal category will be chosen by popular vote through our Facebook page. At the end of 2022, winners of the seasonal contests will have the opportunity to participate in a final contest for the grand prize. Be sure to rally your friends to visit our Facebook page during the voting period to vote for your entry!
What are the prizes? Adult winners of the seasonal adult contests will receive a free one-year Balsam Fir Membership as well as some Arboretum Swag. Winners of the 12 and under contest will receive a certificate and the opportunity to choose a prize from our prize basket in the Visitor Center. Grand prize winners will receive a $15 Square Gift card eligible to be redeemed towards a purchase in the Gift Shop or towards an Arboretum program.
